I cannot get Skype Translate to work

I cannot seem to get Skype Translate to work. When I right click on the system tray icon at the lower right hand corner of my screen, it has a Settings function. I can add my native language, but it does not allow me to enable the next or language I want to be translated. I have no idea what to do!

skype translator work on and off, ever with setting set correctly

it says it is connected to skype but if I chat it don't translate

Try to click the settings during the chat
